Jason Reed is the Founder and Managing Director of Talent Advisory, bringing more than 20 years of experience across recruitment, workforce strategy, human resources and business advisory. Based in Hobart, Tasmania, Jason is known for delivering practical, in person HR and business support tailored to the real operational needs of organisations across government, private enterprise and industry. Alongside Talent Advisory, Jason also owns an international food manufacturing business, providing genuine end to end business experience across operations, workforce management, manufacturing, trade and commercial growth. Jason also assists organisations exploring global manufacturing connections, trade opportunities and international business growth across Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States. Passionate about supporting local business and community growth, Jason serves as Deputy Chair of Business Greater Hobart, volunteers across a number of boards and community organisations, and proudly supports junior sport throughout Tasmania.

Commencing his career with Accenture and Gartner in Tokyo, Steve has worked extensively across cross-border commercial engagement, stakeholder relationship development and international market expansion activities involving Japanese and international organisations.
Steve has supported commercial partnership development, market entry activities and international engagement initiatives across sectors including healthcare, sustainability, clean energy, advanced technology and international trade.
